Repair recoverable access failures, re-probe, restore the interrupted workflow checkpoint, retry the blocked operation when safe, and continue automatically.

Search the configured local ADDISON help, answer the question directly, and cite file, page, and section. Installed help and its index remain local.

`GOV PULL <Gov|topic>`

Load the canonical Gov set, manuals, versions, changelogs, provenance, and public state without writing.

Complete governance evolution through main, Pages deployment, and public verification.

`2HE DO <Target>`

Complete the named repository scope end to end.

`2HE WIN CHK [target]`

Check Windows repository/helper health, report status, safely auto-repair evidenced ACL/ownership defects, re-check, retry the original failed operation when recovering a task, and continue automatically. Human input is only for an unavoidable capability boundary such as UAC.

Pause default repository promotion after validation so the result can be reviewed before push.

GPT access and workflow recovery

2HE BOOTSTRAP runs task-relevant access assurance automatically. A connector name, plugin, tool schema, open port or remembered capability is not enough: the required operation must be proven in the current session.

DISCOVER → PROBE → REPORT → SAFE AUTO-REPAIR → RE-PROBE → RESTORE WORKFLOW → RESUME

If one bounded manual action is unavoidable, the status becomes 🟠 USER ACTION REQUIRED. After that checkpoint the participant re-probes and resumes the exact interrupted workflow rather than asking the user to reconstruct it.

Windows health and recovery

2HE WIN CHK [target] is a health check with safe self-healing and also the automatic governed recovery path when a bootstrapped Windows repository task encounters matching Patch Helper, ACL ownership/access, CodexSandboxOffline, access-denied, or setup-refresh evidence.

A healthy target is not mutated. The repair does not use broad ACL resets or disable sandboxing. If elevation is unavoidable, the agent requests one bounded manual checkpoint, verifies it, and continues automatically without another user instruction.

The selection can be temporal or thematic. The Markdown derivative identifies its raw source and limitations; it does not replace the transcript.

On Windows, win chk is dispatched by 2he.cmd before the Python CLI so recovery remains available when normal helper execution is degraded. The backend is scripts/windows_patch_helper_repair.ps1.

Specified targets

2he blender sync MEP, 2he docs build, and 2he docs publish are defined targets but are not exposed by the current CLI implementation.

Truth rule: A specified command is not advertised as available until current CLI help exposes it successfully.

Recognition rule

If a user describes a workflow already covered by a registered command, a bootstrapped agent should briefly name the shortcut while still honoring the natural-language request. A command discussed or quoted is not automatically executed. Matching WIN CHK failure evidence during an active task is an exception: the recovery flow is automatic because the owning Gov classifies it as infrastructure recovery, not a new user task.

Compatibility

The former name 2HE WPH REPAIR is retired. Older records may be interpreted as the same recovery intent, but new use and documentation use 2HE WIN CHK.

Registry fields

Each command resolves its class, lifecycle status, syntax, scope, prerequisites, options, side effects, completion proof, safety/privacy boundaries, owning Gov, changelog and public help URL.
