Pull, understand, evolve, prove

Governance work is complete only when canonical source, version, changelog, main, Pages deployment, and public content agree.

Canonical Gov XRT CWV

Commands

`GOV PULL <Gov|topic>`

Loads the coherent Gov set, manuals, versions, changelogs, dependencies, provenance, XRT links, and public state. Read-only.

`GOV UPDATE <Gov|topic>`

Performs the full governance evolution cycle through public verification. It is governance-specific 2HE DO.

`2HE DO <target>`

General end-to-end execution contract for repository work of any kind.

Gov Manual

Every new or materially revised Gov includes a concise manual: purpose, applicability, core rules, required actions, completion evidence, and related Govs.

Truth states

observed → captured → proposed → implemented → validated → committed
→ promoted_to_main → pages_deployed → publicly_verified

Completion rule: Pages-bearing GOV UPDATE is complete only at publicly_verified.

Handover and XRT home

Each artifact carries chain, cursor, CWV, open loops, privacy, retention, and canonical-promotion metadata. Sensitive transcripts remain private unless separately authorized.

Command registry

COMMANDS [filter] is the shared human-and-agent lookup. It distinguishes terminal CLI commands, conversational controls, local shorthands and specified targets. Agents should point out an applicable registered shortcut when it materially simplifies the user's request.

ECO transition architecture

The planned monorepo home is areas/eco/ in fhxfhx/2HE, including governance, Page sources and non-secret XRT registry metadata. 2HE__Ecosystem remains authoritative until a separately governed and verified migration is completed.
